I’ve spent over a decade working in healthcare as a Physician Assistant, supporting patients across a wide range of medical needs. Over time, I found myself drawn more and more toward one area in particular: weight management- not just as a number on the scale, but as a deeply personal, complex, and often misunderstood experience.
Through my clinical work, I saw firsthand how often people were given a prescription or a quick plan without the education, structure, or ongoing support needed to truly succeed. I also pursued advanced training in obesity medicine, earning a specialized certificate so I could better understand the physiology behind weight regulation, metabolic health, and long-term weight maintenance- training that many healthcare providers never receive.
What became clear to me was this: sustainable weight loss isn’t about willpower. It’s about biology, behavior, and support.
That realization is what led me to create Chambers Weight Solutions.
Where Science Meets Support
I work with individuals who want a smarter, more supported approach to weight loss, often alongside GLP-1 medications, but never relying on medication alone.
While I am a licensed Physician Assistant, my work through Chambers Weight Solutions is not medical care. Instead, I provide high-touch coaching focused on the areas that traditional healthcare often doesn’t have the time or structure to support: lifestyle change, metabolic health, habit formation, weight root-cause evaluation, and long-term sustainability.
